H/Advisors Klareco has a long-standing relationship with a leading government agency charged with promoting healthy behaviour in the country’s population. Among the campaigns that H/Advisors Klareco helps advance is the health board’s vital work in preventing the onset of diabetes. In this cause, we are achieving intensive publicity by creating and promoting features and profiles that encourage widespread understanding about the relatively small and achievable personal lifestyle changes which can be adopted by people of all ages and backgrounds to keep diabetes at bay.

A global condom manufacturer wanted to raise awareness about sexual health education among young people in Singapore. Aware that the campaign needed to navigate cultural sensitivities and that significant stakeholder buy-in from public bodies was required, the manufacturer turned to us. Following our stakeholder mapping and engagement work, the right government agency support was achieved. In addition, our in-depth qualitative surveys with youths to understand their mind-set ensured better tailored messaging to the target audience, and we also set up a website as a one-stop portal of information regarding sexual health matters.

We formulated a public affairs plan combined with a communications strategy aimed at developing new relationships with government stakeholders, enhancing existing relationships, and engaging third-party patient groups to garner support and advocates among patient groups. We also helped the company obtain a clearer picture of the healthcare system in Singapore by providing a better understanding of the concerns that shape existing healthcare discussions.
