From making a splash around new market launches, to delighting audiences with unique content and events, to trekking across Malaysia for a first-of-its-kind documentary, our team goes the extra distance to deliver success in an intensely competitive landscape.
The brand reputations that we have helped build now enjoy considerable success across Asia.
Case study: providing comprehensive communications for a leading online retailer
We were tasked by Southeast Asia’s leading online retailer to manage its corporate communications across six regions – Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. The team’s brief was to provide strategic communications counsel to the senior management team, raise the corporate profile of the business in the local markets, help manage the profile of the CEO and handle crisis communications for the company.
We conducted a full review of existing content and created new communications collateral, including a messaging document, Q&A, fact sheet, boiler plate and an updated website. We drafted a comprehensive crisis communications manual and provided the online retailer’s senior management team with media training ahead of setting-up numerous press interviews with the CEO.
The online retailer’s communications and messaging is now far more consistent across the different local markets, it has the resources to withstand a wide range of issues and developments and its senior management has been able to articulate its strategy across multiple platforms, including Channel News Asia, BBC World News and Bloomberg TV.
