Digital Lead

Klareco Communications is looking for a highly talented and channel-savvy Digital Lead who lives and breathes innovative ideas and engaging content.
The Role:
- Spearhead digital and creative pitches and provide digital ideation and solutions and strategies for integrated proposals as needed to both existing and potential clients.
- Be a revenue driver for the digital and creative studio, with support from senior leadership.
- Support practice teams to maximise the amplification and reach of PR and content-led programmes through the full spectrum of digital and creative channels and platforms.
- Develop strong relationships with digital and technology partners and media platforms to identify potential areas of collaboration.
- Lead a growing team of digital and creative talents to enhance in-house capability and productivity.
- Cultivate and foster creativity and innovation, and the on-going digitalisation of the agency through a commitment to training & development.
- Exercise project management skills across large, multi-national accounts and projects – ensuring maintenance of account profitability through effective team service levels, time analysis and direct cost recovery.
- Review existing workstreams and understanding the opportunities and where changes need to be made to enhance and grow our offer around the digital, social, and creative domain.
Skills, Experience and Behaviours
- Up to 8 years of integrated digital and creative experience preferably in an agency or in-house function
- Proven track record of successful digital-led campaigns from conceptualisation to execution.
- Experience in using various paid media strategies and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and excellent client management skills.
- Experience in leading a growing team of digital and creative natives.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of personality types.
- Excellent communication skills – presenting, visualising, written, and verbal.
